People often ask when I’ll be “appearing” and where (some people seem to think I spend my entire life flitting round the country (well, continents, let us say…) signing books. Luckily, it only seems that way…). I really don’t do book tours as such, save when a new book comes out—but I sometimes do single events, for this or that, which are listed below.
Also I’m trying not to travel much this year, in hopes of finishing Book Ten sooner, rather than later.

Are you an aspiring author who wants to learn how to get published from industry experts, and in person? Diana has again agreed to be one of the authors at the 33rd annual Surrey International Writers’ Conference from October 23-26. 2026, a workshop-based conference with a focus on development of skills and industry-based knowledge.
Diana has been a guest author at this annual conference for decades by hosting workshops and giving talks, signing books, and serving as a judge at the Writing Contest.
Multiple workshops are held at the conference in which attendees learn about the publishing industry from professionals including multiple authors and agents. Rub elbows with the pros and get their feedback on your work!
Surrey is located very near and southeast of Vancouver, British Columbia, on Canada’s scenic west coast, is near the Canada-U.S.A. border, and is about 150 miles north of Seattle, Washington, U.S.A.
