OMG! So much better. Because I am a quilter, I love having an audiobook to listen to while I sew. When listening to audiobooks, the reader is key to the enjoyment of the book. Davina Porter is amazing. Those of us hooked on the Outlander audiobooks will miss her voice and talent in book 10. I feel like I’ve lost a dear friend.

Thank you for writing such an amazing series. As we in America get ready to celebrate our 250th Anniversary, I especially love that some of the books are set during the American Revolution. I loved that Washington’s white horse was Jamie’s horse! Very fun historical connection.

Just finished Book 9 and was left wanting; similar to listening to an incomplete music scale. Thank you for sharing a few excerpts from book 10 with us Outlander addicts. It helped–a bit. :-/

I too am completely enthralled with the Outlander series. Thank you so much for deciding to give novel-writing a whirl! So many have been supremely entertained because you did! I’ve read all the novels & the in between “bulges” twice over. For years I resisted reading your works because I thought they were too long. Now, I find I prefer longer books. To be completely emersed for @least a week is pure bliss!

Initially, Outlander Season 1 parts 1 & 2, on the Starz network, reeled me in. Then I decided to cancel my cable subscription, which “drove” me to your novels. So, much thoroughly engaging detail. And, Davina Porter is fabulous!

Final shout-out to Bear McCreary & Raya Yarbrough. The music for the TV show is perfect for the books, too. Hearing the Outlander theme was my first introduction to Ms. Yarbrough. I can’t say I’ve been really much of a jazz fan, but she has captured my attention.

So, grateful for you & the wonderful folks you’ve collaborated with! Thank you!

It takes some work to find copies of all of the short fiction. You just have to do some research and buy used copies of anthologies with her stories no longer in print on your favorite online seller. Or ask a local independent bookstore for help.
