Today, I got my _complete_ graphic novel!! The book store will return the defective one to the publisher with a corresponding remark. I've got hundreds of books, but such thing never happened to me before. Sorry for any inconvenience again!!

Dear Diana

Thank you very much for your answer. I hope it isn't a widespread thing! On Thursday, I will get my new graphic novel - hopefully that it will be complete! However, the book seller told me about the possibility, that the complete "charge" _might_ be defective. I'll tell you on Thursday evening. Any new findings from the German publisher or translator?
Thank you very much for your reply! And sorry for the inconvenience!

Dear Tanja--

My guess is that this is just a bindery error--unfortunately common in the publishing business. If so, then most likely you can just return your book to the store where you bought it and they'll give you a new one. However, I've asked the German translator to please check with the German publisher, to be sure it isn't a widespread thing, and to let me know if there's something different one does with a defective book in Germany. I'm sorry this should have happened!

Dear Diana
Today, I got my German version of the Graphic Novel and I have unfortunately to tell you, that 16 (!!) pages are missing :( I know, this is not the right threat... SRY for that. But, please, can you explain why in the English version (I have it on hand, too) it's pictured, how Claire comes through the stones and first met Jamie (and Randall) but in the German version... Jamie gets hurt by the "Red" and on the next page Claire already cares for him _in_Leoch_ and Jamie let her see his back... There's so much missing between Claire's "grounding" in 1743, getting to know Jamie, Randall and coming to Leoch - the first negative votes on Amazon.de I had to read. Are these important pages missing in my book only (I_don't_think_so) or is it a general fault in the German prints?
Looking forward to your reply! And thank you for the whole story anyway!
Greetings, Tanja.
